Our Periodic Cleaning service provides you with the flexibility to choose the frequency of cleaning that best suits your needs, including once a week, biweekly, or once a month. To ensure a consistently clean and well-maintained environment, a one-time deep clean of your home or office must be completed before requesting our periodic cleaning services. Additionally, if no cleaning services are performed for over 45 days, a deep cleaning service will be required to continue the periodic cleaning service. Here's what our periodic cleaning service includes:

1. Dusting Walls, Lights, Fans, Windows, and Windowsills: We'll thoroughly dust these areas, keeping them free from dust and dirt buildup.

2. Dusting and Wiping Down Baseboards (Once a Month): Once a month, we'll focus on dusting and wiping down baseboards to keep them clean and presentable.

3. Cleaning Windowsills and Door Jam (Once a Month): Similarly, once a month, we'll clean windowsills and door jam to maintain their cleanliness.

4. Cleaning Window Glass and Sliding Door Glass: Window glass and sliding door glass will be cleaned regularly to provide a clear view and brighten up your space.

5. Cleaning Door Knobs, Light Switches, and Electrical Outlets: High-touch areas will be regularly sanitized to promote a hygienic environment.

6. Vacuuming/Sweeping Floors: We'll efficiently vacuum carpets and sweep hard floors to remove dust, debris, and pet hair.

7. Mopping/Steam Cleaning Floors: Hard floors will be mopped or steam cleaned, ensuring they remain clean and sanitized.

8. Dusting and Wiping Down All Surfaces: Regular dusting and wiping down of surfaces, including countertops, cabinets, shelves, etc., will keep your living space tidy and fresh.

9. Scrubbing Sinks, Showers/Bathtubs, and Toilets: Sinks, showers, bathtubs, and toilets will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized on each visit.

10. Cleaning Mirrors: Mirrors will be polished and left streak-free for a clear reflection.

11. Wiping Down Faces of Appliances: The exteriors of appliances will be cleaned regularly for a clean and polished appearance.

12. Cleaning Inside of Appliances (Once a Month): Once a month, the inside of appliances will receive special attention to maintain their cleanliness.
